G-Modal (Sawmill): The strings are tuned to g D G C D. The B string goes up a half step to C: sounds mysterious and old, like in the Appalachian mountains.

In the tuner, choose G-Modal (Sawmill) under “Other tuning …”. The tuner, chord charts, songs and blues then follow this tuning until you go back to standard tuning.
